On the off-chance that people actually come here I'm going to expand a little on the Guild Message of the Day. We are in desperate need of raid leaders - particularly a Naxx raid leader for 10-man runs. Rickieboby, Celletaris, and Paku have been great at filling in whenever I need a raid leading break, but I know they aren't in love with it and I try not ask unless I really, really need them to. It's especially difficult when we have simultaneous 10-mans because I end up setting up both raid groups. So do you think it would be weird to try to recruit raid leaders or should I keep pushing to see if there are people in guild who are interested? Because honestly, so far, there have been no volunteers.

Ok so i know im not an active member of the guild but i am still going to give my advice here. Recruiting a raid leader from outside the guild in my experience can go either way. you could get someone who is frickin awesome or get some one who is a total douhcenozzle. its one of those things risk/reward type things. I prefer personally to look for someone inside guild to take these sort of positions.

That being said i am currently and actively leveling my druid here, since i have seen 3 horde raiding guilds implode on themselves in the last 3 months. so i guess untill i reach 80 and can become an active raider in the guild my opinions are just me putting my two cents in. however i am experienced very well in naxx and uludar so if you would like my input on anything at all feel free to ask

Hey Bayani, lets not post that up in the forums! Once youre back from vacation, we'll go over the raid leading dynamics. We should have 3 solid leaders now, and more who i know can lead (if only the would step up )
